Social Security Recipients by County for Florida
The Social Security Administration publishes data on Social Security recipients by county as well as by congressional district. Techpolitics has previously presented the data for all congressional districts in a single interactive table. County figures for 2003 for Florida are shown in the table below and county figures for other states may be taken from the Social Security web site. OASDI recipients as a percentage of 2004 estimated county population is shown. Note that in the congressional table the percentage is calculated using voting age population from the 2000 census. For a table matching counties to congressional districts, click here. Texas, Pennsylvania and Maine have redistricted since that table was prepared.
